Our commitment to your privacy At Workfocus Ltd, we understand that your health information is sensitive. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and share your data as you work toward your vocational goals.

 

1. What information do we collect?

We collect personal details (name, contact info) and health information relevant to your injury or condition. This includes medical reports, functional assessment results, and your feedback on your workplace requirements.

2. Why do we collect it?

We collect this information to: Assess your physical and functional capacity for work. Develop a safe and sustainable Return to Work (RTW) plan. Report on your progress to your funder (e.g., ACC or your employer). Provide guidance on appropriate rehabilitation strategies

3. Who do we share it with?

We only share information on a "need-to-know" basis. This typically includes your Case Manager, your Employer (functional limitations only), and your GP. We do not share your full medical history with your employer unless you give us specific written permission.

4. How is it stored? Your records are stored in a secure, encrypted digital practice management system (Gensolve). We do not keep paper files.

5. Your rights? You have the right to ask for a copy of any information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it if you think it is wrong.
